He also did Bank Branch Audits and concurrent audits for various banks in Auditing which enabled him to specialize in conducting Auditing of Banks.

He has rich knowledge of Service Tax in the area of Indirect Taxes. He also has rich experience to handle assessment cases.

CA Gopal Krishna is a member of the institute of chartered accountants of India and having diploma in information system audit and is the incharge of the Yeleswaram branch.

Started career by joining in Varma & Varma, chartered accountant firm as one of the manager of statutory audit division and did audits of prestigious companies like Infotech & HAL JV, Sami Labs, SRK Gold Earth Constructions etc.

He has considerable experience in income tax particularly in real estate sector and international taxation, transfer pricing areas.

He also has experience in implementation of SAP CO module and helped implementation of COPA for a multinational company.

CA Arunkumar Manoharan is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
He has been certified as an Information Systems Auditor by ICAI. He is Certified Chartered Accountant by ICAI to conduct Concurrent Audit of Banks. He is an Expert in Project appraisals, Financial Planning, Due diligence and Bank funding related matter. And also he got certified in Corporate Valuation and Value Creation by ICAI.

He has been involved in the audit of major corporate and non- corporate clients. He is an expert in Income Tax matters also having rich experience in Income tax matter and he also handle Intelligence and Income Appeal, Criminal Investigation Matter.

He also has experience as a financial advisor/consultant of many corporate clients. Prior to getting into Practice, he was a Managing Director of a Reputed private limited company operating buses across Tamilnadu.

He is Instrumental in developing start-up business clients and providing angle business solutions from their financial development. He also involves in the Company Law, LLP, ROC related area. He has wide hands of experience of various ERP like tally, people soft, SAP etc.
